I’m Born And Raised In Buffalo, NY - a foodie capital known for its wings, beef on weck, pizza, and haddock fish fry.

Buffalo pumps out some of the best food and chefs in the nation. I made my mark catering to the late night party goers and night laborers, over seven years ago.

Over five years ago, I was able to step out on faith and leave my 9-5 to work full time for myself. I began catering and creating family style meals. I’m located on the city's east side. I also expanded in mobile bartending, a complement to my culinary endeavors.
